Every request is reviewed before scheduling. If a project requires a contractor license, permit, employee labor, or another state registration, Rosario Reyes Solutions will decline the work or refer the customer to an appropriately licensed or registered provider.
Qualifying unlicensed construction work must remain below California's applicable $1,000 aggregate threshold and meet all exemption conditions.
Work requiring a building permit or a separate regulated trade license is outside our current scope.
Our unlicensed scope is limited to work that can legally be performed without employee labor triggering contractor licensing requirements.
California separately regulates major home appliance repair through the Bureau of Household Goods and Services. We do not advertise or perform appliance repair under this current service scope.

California Licensing Notice
Rosario Reyes Solutions LLC is not licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). We do not hold ourselves out as a licensed contractor and do not accept or contract for work that requires a CSLB license.
We limit our work to services that are legally permissible without CSLB licensure. For qualifying construction/handyman work, California's current exemption generally requires that the project does not require a building permit, does not use employee labor, and has an aggregate price for labor, materials, and other items of less than $1,000. A project may not be divided into smaller contracts to avoid the threshold.
We do not perform permit-required construction, work at or above the applicable CSLB threshold, or work requiring a contractor classification or other state registration that we do not hold. Appliance repair is not currently offered because California separately regulates electronic and major home appliance service dealers through the Bureau of Household Goods and Services (BHGS).
